RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOtiS:
SECTION 1. That that certain conveyance of a sanitary sewer
easement to the City of Newport Beach, California, executed by
Fred R. Simpson and May Fenno Simpson, Edward W. Milum and Madge
I. Milum, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. That that certain consent to conveyance of a
sanitary sewer easement to the City of Newport Beach, California
executed by Claremont Building and Loan Association, Claremont,
California, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
instructed to certify to this Resolution, to attach the same to
said instrument and record the same in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, California.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1955.

Newport Beach, California, do hereby certify that accord-
ing to the records of the City of Newport Beach filed and
maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No.
4390.12 was duly and regularly adopted, passed, and
approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City
Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
