RESOLUTICN OF ACCEPTANCE
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California,
DOES HEPE;BY RESCLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain conveyance of a sanitary
sewer easement to the City of Newport Beach, California,
executed by Robert G. Andrews and Patricia L. Andrews, is
hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
Instructed to certify to this Resolution, to attach the same to
said instrument and record the same in the office of the County
.Recorder of Orange County, California.
. APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3d day of October, 1955•
