equipment and paraphernalia that my be necessary in order to
properly and lawfully conduct said election.

municipal election, there shall be seventeen (17) voting preoiacts
Within the said City consisting of consolidations of the regular
election precincts established for holding State and County
elections. The respective prooinoto, polling places of said re-
spective preciraots, and the respective boards of election for said
respective precincts are hereby fixed, designated, appointed and
