between► the City of Newport Beach and the Federal 011 Co, Wyo
in which the City of Newport Beach agrees to sell certain excess
water of said City to the Federal tail Company upon the condition
covenants and restrictions in the original agreement dated
September 91 1953; and
MMREAR, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach that said Renewal of
Extension Agreement be entered into;

THAT WHUMUs the Parties hereto have hitherto entered
Into an Agreement dated the 9th day of Septembers 1953s wherein
the City sells certain water to the Purchaserl and

of one year from the 13th July, 1954 to the 11th day of July,

WHERUS# the parties hereto are now desirous of extend.

NOW, TRMWORSO in consideration of their mutual
promisee and of the covenants and conditions to be kept by
each as set out in said above mentioned original Agreement
between the parties hereto, it is agreed as followss
(6) That all of the term and conditions of said
original Agent, dated the 9th day of Sept, 1953, are
Incorporated herein as though set out in .Pull herein, and the
parties hereto agree to be bound by all Of the terms and con.
ditions of said original agreement for a period from the 13th
