WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
paused Resolution #4359 approving the Engineers' Report to the
Board of Supervisors in connection with the Orange County Flood
Control District general plans, specifications, estimates of
costs for rights -of -way, etc.; and
WHUMS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
has given this matter further co.sideration, avid it is the
opinion that said Resolution 4359 should be rescinded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLM by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that Resolution #4359 be, and it is
hereby rescinded.
The above and foregoing Resolution #440T was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the Cite of
Newport Beach, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 14th
day of November, 1955.

approved by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City
Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
