RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California,
DOES TILREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain conveyance of a sanitary
sewer easement. to the City of Newport Beach, California, executed
by Robert R. Olander, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. That that certain consent to conveyance
of a sanitary sewer easement to the City of Newport Beach,
California, executed by Muriel Gay, a widow, is hereby
accepted.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
instructed to certify to this Resolution, to attach the same
to said instrument and record the same in the office of the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December, 1955.

Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City
