11 lNewport. Beach that it is the intention of the City of Newport Beach to amend
12 Ordinance #635 so as to re -zone certain city owned real property, ea hereinafter
13 described, from an R-3 morns to an R-4 sonap said real property being described
14 as follows Lots 11, 12, 130, l4v 15, and 16 of Block 117, Section B. Newport
15 Beach, as shown updn a map recorded in Miscellaneous Map Book 40 Page 270
18 Records of Orange County, California.
17 The above and foregoing Resolution was drLy and regularly passed
18 and adopted at a westing of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
19 held an the IM day of December, 1955, by the following vote, to wits
