RESOLUTION No. 4417
WHEREAS, Resolution #4412 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach on the 12th day of December,
1955; and
WHEREAS, the adoption of said resolution was the result
misinformation furnished said City Councix and
WHEREAS, had the true facts been known, the action of
said City Council in adopting said resolution would never had
been taken;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution #4412
1211of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach adopted on the
131112th day of December, 1955, be and the same is hereby revoked

rescinded.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Beach at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on
13th day of December, 1955, by the following vote, to wit:
