RESOLUTION ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS, PLANS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF 31ST STREET AND OTHER STREETS AND RIGHTS OF
WAY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
That the specifications for the improvement of
31st Street and other streets and rights of way and
plan for said improvement numbered 440, submitted by
J. B. WEBB, City Engineer, be, and the same are hereby,
adopted as the specifications and plan for the doing of
said work and improvement, and the same shall be filed
in the Office of the City Engineer and copies thereof be
filed in the Office of the City Clerk.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of December,
1955.
