WHEREAS,
there has this day
been presented to
the City
Council of the City
of Newport Beach a
certain Quitolaim
Deed
to certain property to the State of California for highmy pur.
poses for a consideration of $1.00; and
PIMMUS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach that mid QLdtolaim Dared
be executed;
PLOW, THffiREF4)RB, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayrrdrr a d the
City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorised and directed to
execute said Quitclaim Deed in behalf of the City.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 27th
defy of December, 1955, by the following vote, to ,wit:
