RESOLUTION NO. 4569
WHEWS, there has been presented to the City Councsli
of the City of Newport Beach a certain Agreement between the City
of Newport Beach and the Comty of Orange, a political subdivision
of the State of California, in which the City of Newport Beach
agrees to furnish ample and sufficient life ward service along
the fteitle mean adjacent to said City to a point from and includ-
ing the mouth of the Santa An& River, the Bow areas is County
territory, and to but not including El Morro Bay in the uaineorgor-
ated area for the entire period commencing duly 1, 195+ and ending
June 30, 1957; and

said meat are reasonable and the consideration for said

City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorised and directed to
the City of Newport Beach.
The above amid foregoing resolution was duly a"
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
