RESOLUTION NO. Y$/X?
1dHMMS, there is included in the law library of the
City Attorney of the City of Newport Beach the following volumes
of California Jurisprudence, volumes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 6a, T, 8,
91 10, 11 , 11do llb, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 180 190 202 21, 220
232 24, 25, 26 and 27, and volumes 1 to 12 inclusive of California
Jurisprudence 10-#par Supplement, and California Jurisprudence
Supplement 1951 -53, California Jurisprudence Supplement 1951 -54 and
California Jurisprudence Supplement 1951 -55; and
WHBRSAS, California Jurisprudence and the Supplements
mentioned are being replaced by California Jurisprudence 2d,
13 California Jurisprudence 2d now consisting of 24 volumes with
14 additional volumes being issued from time to time; and
15 WHBREAS, the original volumes of California Jurisprudence
16I and Supplements become obsolete and of no value when the same are
17i eplaced by California Jurbprudence 2d;
18, NOWO THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Attorney of
19` ewport Beach be and he is hereby authorized to dispose of the
20 olumes of California Jurisprudence and the Supplements thereto
21 en and as the subjects covered in each of said volumes are re-
22 laced by new volumes of California Jurisprudence 2d.
23 The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
24 egularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
26 ewport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day
26 f February, 1956 by the following vote, to wit:
