RESOLUTION NO. 26�6--,O 10_
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach has considered the establishrient of a Parks, Beaches and
Recreation Department and it appears to be of benefit to said
city that such department be established;
NOW, Tf1E MORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that there is hereby created and
established a Parks, Beaches and Recreation Department in the
City of Newport Beach.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the
11th day of June, 1956, by the following roll call vote, to wit:
