WHERW, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
by Besolution #4470 authorized the City of Newport Beach to pur-
abase certain teal property in the City of Newport Beach from
the Pacific electric HailVoy: Company for the am of 011,750.00,
said property being described as followar
Lots 11, 12 and 13 in Block 115, Tract 234 as
recorded in Book 13, Page 36 of miscellaneous
VAps, Records of Orange County.* California;
Lots 1 to 13, inclusive, in Block 116, Tract
234 as recorded in Book 13, Page 36 of Mis-
cellaneous gaps, Records of Orange County,
California; and Lots 1 and 2 in Block 117,
Section B as recorded in Book 4, Page 27 of
Miscellaneous PAps, Records of Orange County,
California; and.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City of
Newport Beach a certain corporation Grant Deed by Pacific
Electric Railway Company, the saw being elated April 24, 1956
and covering the following described real property situated in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California.
Lots 12 and 13, of Block 115, Tract No. 234,
as per mp recorded in Book 13, pages g6 and
37: Miscellaneous Pups, in the office o: the
Recorder of Orange County.; and
WHEREA30 it appears to be fox* the best interests of
the citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said
Grant Deed;
NOW, THORE, BE IT RESOLVER, bft the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the said corporation Grant Deed
hereinbefore referred to and covering the said hereinabove
described property, is accepted and approved by the City of
Newport Beach.
