pm tr=49dp, Farl D. Brown and Wilms R. Brown, husband and wife,
Harry E. Campbell and Evelyn M. Campbell, husband and wife,
Austin D. Sturtevant and Catherine B. Sturtevant, husband and
wife, Robert T. Mangan and Jean Mangan, husband and Was
Kenneth W. Raney and Marjorie L. Rannery, husband and wife, and
Homo, Inc., a California corporation# the same being
dated October 12, 19562 and covering property for road and
utility purposes, said property being situated in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of Califcada and
described as follows, to wit:
PARCEL 1: An easement for road and utility purposes
over that portion of Lots 164 and 165 in Block 53 of Irvine's
Subdivision, as shown on a map thereof recorded In book 1,
page 880 Miscellaneous Record Taapa, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the most Southerly corner Of Lqt 1 of Tract No. 3000,
as sham on a map thereof recorded in took 890 pages 40 and 41,
Yitscellaneous Moss records of said Orange County, and running
thence South 5V 10' 30" mast along the southeasterly prolongation
of the Sguthuwesterly lim of said Lot 1, 349.00 feet; thence
South 39w 49' 30" Wiest 50.00 feet; thence North 50 100 30" West
319.09 f t; thence South 39° 49° 30" :'hest 5.00 feet; thence
North 50101 30" West 29.91 feet to a point in the Southwesterly
prolongation of the NortNesterly line of Lot 1 of said Treat

PARCEL 2: An easement over a strip of land, 50.00 feet
In width for road and utility purposes over that portion of Lots

Maps, records of said Orange County, lying 25.00 feet on each side
of the following described centerline:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Oxford Lane
with the Southeasterly 11ne of Treat No. 3000, as shown on a male
thereof recorded in took 89, pages 40 and 41, Miscellaneous ham,
records of said Orange County and running thence South 500 100 30"

NOWs Tii R'SGMMs BE IT RESOLVED that the said Orant Deed
hereinbefore referred to andcbvering the said herelnabove
described property, is accepted and approved by the City of Newport
Beach and is hereby ordered recorded.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adapted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held an the 22nd day
of Octobers 1956, by the following roll can vote, to wit:
