RESOLUTION NO. 4952
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, J. Herbert Brownell and Phoebe Lu Brownell have
executed a grant deed to the City of Newport Beach dated March 11,
1959, conveying an easement for a pipe line to convey storm water
with the right of ingress and egress, for the purpose of repairing,
maintaining and replacing said pipe line in, over, and under that
certain real property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orang
State of California, described as follows, to wit:

A strip of land, 61 in width, being 3' on each
side of the following described center line;
beginning at a point in the southeasterly line
of Block 0 -33 as shown upon a map of Corona Del
Mar, recorded in Miscellaneous Map Book 3, Pages
41 and 42, records of Orange County, California;
said point being 46.65' northeasterly of the
southerly corner of said Block 0 -33; thence north-
westerly in a straight line to a point in the
westerly line of said Block 0 -33; said point being
49.59' northeasterly of the southerly corner of
said Block 0 -33;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
grant of easement for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Newport Beach that said grant deed be accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach hereby consents to its being recorded.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 23rd day of
March, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Hart, Lorenz, Somers,
Kingsley, Atkinson, Higbie, Stoddard
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and iaaintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 4952 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 23d day of March 9 ly-9, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Hart, Lorenz, Somers, Kingsley,
Atkinson, Higbie, Stoddard
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
