A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED AND
CONSENTING TO ITS BEING RECORDED
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of Newport
Beach a certain grant deed from Ruth H. Willett dated March 22,
1959, wherein said grantor conveys to the City the real property
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of Califor
described as:
Portion of Lot No. 4 Block "B ", Seashore Colony
Tract, Miscellaneous Map Book.7, Page 25,
described as follows:
The northeasterly 15 feet of said lot;
and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said grant deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said grant deed to
the City of Newport Beach be accepted and the City Council hereby
consents to its being recorded.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 27th day of
April, 19590 by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Hart, Lorenz, Somers,
` Kingsley, Atkinson, Higbie, Stoddard
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None

of the City of Newport Beach filed and ,maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 4972 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
