RESOLUTION NO. 4197,5
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND MAP OF MARGARET DRIVE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN MARGARET DRIVE AND
OTHER STREETS AND RIGHTS OF WAY IN SAID CITY
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport
Beach, California, has submitted to the City Council, pursuant to
its order, plans, profiles, specifications and map of the
assessment district, for the construction of certain improvements
in Margaret Drive Assessment District in said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plans, profiles, specifications and
map of the assessment district foi.Margaret Drive Assessment District
of the City of Newport Beach, California, be and the same are
each hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 2. That the said plans, profiles, specifications
and map shall be filed in the Office. of .the.City Engineer and
copies thereof in the Office of the City Clerk of said City.
