RESOLUTION NO. 5047
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NENFORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
?�!HEREAS, Irving C. Jordan, Inc., a California, corporati
has executed a grant of easement to the City of Newport Beach con-
veying an easement for the purpose of maintaining a street lightin
system and for alley maintenance over the following described prop
erty in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California:
and
The northwesterly five feet of L
inclusive, and the southwesterly
13 and 15 through 24, inclusive,
as per map recorded in Book 117,
of Miscellaneous Maps, in office
Orange County, California,
its 1 through 12,
five feet of Lots
in Tract No. 2758,
pages 26 and 27,
of County Recorder,
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
grant of easement for such purposes,
NO110 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted and
the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach a
certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
grant of easement in the County Recorder's office.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City *f Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 22nd day of
June, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson,
Higbie, Stoddard, Hart, Lorenz, Somers
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None

the foregoing Resolution Noy 5047 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
