A RESCLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF VE CITY OF
NEWTO T BEACH AUTHORIZING TI-M E)M-CUTION OF AN
AGRF2kk:.NT WITH P. MARPLES AND IRMA MA'1PL S
TVMORZAS, P. Marples and Irma Haarples filed resubdivision
application No. 97 seeking to realign the property line between
Lots 13 and 19 in Block 12, Section 3, Balboa Island, which the
Planning Commission approved on condition that the applicants ente
into a contract with the City of Newport Beach agreeing to do
certain work on said lots and to post a bond to guarantee perform-
ance thereof; and
TEAS, such an agreement has been presented to the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach and the City Council has
considered the terms and conditions thereof and found then to be
fair and equitable;
Nall TIM"UFO .':, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said agreement between P. Marples
and Irma Marples and the City of Newport Beach be approved and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as
the Marples file with the City the required surety bond and said
bond is approved by the City Attorney as to form.
BE IT TURTIiF.i1 RESOLVED that the City Cler's is authorized
and directed to record said agreement and execute any certificate
necessary to accomplish the recording.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 28th day of
September, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:

of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 5097 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 28th day of September 19 59 by the following
vote, to wits

Hart, Lorenz, Somers
