RESOLUTION N0. 5103
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN HARBOR VIEW HILLS DEVELOPMENT
CORP., A.CALIFORNIA CORPORATION,,-AND-THE-CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH FOR.THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS
IN TRACT.NO. 2202
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach an agreement wherein Harbor View Hills
Development Corp., a California corporation, subdivider of Tract No.
2202, agrees to construct street and other public improvements withi
and such as are necessary to serve said subdivision, to wit: water
lines, sewer system, underground utilities, grading, street lighting
system, installation of base material, asphalt plant mix and prime
coat, sidewalks, street trees and any other improvements necessary
to serve said subdivision as approved by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, said agreement provides that Harbor View Hills
Development Corp, shall file with the City of Newport Beach a
bond to assure faithful performance of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement betw
Harbor View Hills Development Corp, and the City of Newport Beach
which Harbor View Hills Development Corp, agrees to construct the
improvements in Tract No. 2202 be approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as Harbor View
Hills Development Corp, files with the City said surety bond and
said bond is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and the
City Attorney as to form.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the Cit
of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 13th day of October,
1959, by the - following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson, Hig
Stoddard, Hart, Lorenz, Somers
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None

of the City of Newport Beach filed and :maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 5103 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 13th day of October 9 19599 by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson, Higbie, Stoddard,
Hart, Lorenz, Somers
NOES, COUNCILMEN:
