A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NZ -VPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A DEED.OF RIGHT OF WAY

WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation

has executed a deed of right of way dated October 15, 1959, grant -

ing to the City of Newport Beach'an easement for public road

purposes over the real property in the City of Newport Beach,

County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

That portion of Lot 157, Block 52, Irvine
Subdivision, Miscellaneous Maps, Book 1, Page

88, records of Orange County, California, and
more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 157;

thence South 50° 11'`30" East 53 feet; thence
North 390 48' 3044 East 68 feet; thence North

120 181 0644 East.115 feet; thence South 39°
481 304' West 170 feet to the point of beginning.

Reserving unto the Grantor, its successors and assigns,

the right to construct, maintain and operate lines of any
and all kinds across, under or over said road or any part

thereof, including lines for the conveyance of water and
including lines for telephone, telegraph and electric

power, but so as not to interfere with the reasonable use
for public road purposes.

Subject to all existing easements, reservations, rights

WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept saic

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

City of Newport Beach that said deed of right of way be accepted

and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and

attach a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of

said deed of right of way in the County Recorder's office.

This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
