2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4870
3 RELATING.TO PARKING METER ZONES

5 WHEREAS, parking meter zones have been established by
6 Resolution No. 4870 pursuant to Chapter 2 of Article III of the
7 Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
8 WHEREAS, Section 2 of Resolution No. 4870 has been
9 amended by Resolution No. 4881 to change certain zones in said
10 resolution; and
11 WHEREAS, traffic and parking conditions require that
12 certain areas of Bay Avenue, Palm Street, and Washington Street
13 should be included within parking meter zones; and
14 WHEREAS, said inclusion can be accomplished by further
15 amendment'.to Section 2 of said Resolution No. 4870;
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Section 2 of Resolu-
17 tion No. 4870 be amended to read:
18 "Section 2. The following on ®street parking
191 meter zones are hereby established:
20 Zone 1 Northeasterly side of McFadden
21 Place between Balboa Boulevard
and Court Street
22 Zone 2 Main Street between Bay Avenue and
23 Balboa Boulevard
24 Balboa Boulevard between "A" Street
and Adams
25 Bay Avenue between Main and Palm
26 Newport Boulevard between 21st
27 Street and 30th Street
28 Southwesterly side of McFadden
between 22nd Street and Ocean Front
29 Court Street between 20th Street and
30 McFadden Place
31 Twenty -third Street between Ocean
Front and Balboa Boulevard
32 Twenty- second Street between Ocean
Front and Balboa Boulevard

This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 9th day of
November, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:

BE.IT FURTHER
RESOLVED that Resolution No, 4881 is
rescinded.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 9th day of
November, 1959, by the following vote, to wit:
