RESOLUTION No. 51-22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF.A
GRANT OF STREET EASED ENT
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is the owner of
approximately 88 acres of land at the corner of Brookhurst Street
and Adams Avenue in the City of Huntington Beach aad
WHEREAS, the City wishes to s ell :approximately 86 acres
of said land and has applied to Huntington Beach for a subdivisio
and
WHEREAS, said application for subdivision was granted on
condition that Newport Beach dedicate for street and highway pur-
poses an easement over the easterly 20 ft, of the westerly 60 ft.
of the northerly 350 ft, of Section 8, Township 6'South, Range 10
West;
NOW, TI.EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City o£ Newport Beach that the Mayor and City Clerk be and are
hereby - authorized to execute and deliver a deed conveying an ease-
ment to the City of Huntington Beach for street and highway purer
poses over.'said easterly 20 ft: of the westerly 60 ft. of the nort'
erly 350 ft. of Section 8, Township 6 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho Las Bolsas, City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 51, page 14, of
Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County.
This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at: a regular meeting.on the 9th day of
November, 1959, by the following vote, to wits
