2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEEDS

4 WHEREAS, quitclaim deeds have been executed and delivere
5 to the City of Newport Beach quitclaiming to the City certain real
6 property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State •f
7 California, as follows:
8 Quitclaim deed dated February 2, 1960, from Roger
9 De Young and Nancy De Young, his wife, covering:
10 Lots 1 and 28 in Block 2, of Tract No. 772,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 23,
11 Pages 5 and 6, of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said county;

1311 Quitclaim deed dated February 2, 1960, from Frank H.
14 Ayres & Son, a corporation, covering:
15 Lots 1 and 27 in Block 1, Lots 1 and 28
in Block 4, and Lots 1 and 26 in Block 7,
16 of Tract No. 772, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 23, Pages 5 and 6, of
17 Miscellaneous Maps, records of said county;

19 Quitclaim deed dated February 2, 1960, from Signal
20 Oil and Gas Company, a corporation, covering:
21 Lots 1 and 27 in Block 1, Lots 1 and 28
in Block 4, and Lots 1 and 26 in Block 7,
of Tract No. 772, as shown on a map
22 recorded in Book 23, Pages 5 and 6, of
23 Miscellaneous Maps, records of said county;

25 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
26 said quitclaim deeds;
27 NOW, THEREFORL, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
28 City of Newport Beach that said quitclaim deeds be accepted and
29 City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach a
30 certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
31 quitclaim deeds in the County Recorderts office.
32 This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the

City of Newport Beach at a special meeting on the 29th day of
February, 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson,
Higbie Stoddard, Hart, Somers
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: Lorenz

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 5175 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a PPJiW meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 29th day of February 19 60 , by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson, Higbie, Stoddard
Hart, Somers
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
