RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND MAP OF THE ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS IN NEPTUNE AVENUE (NEPTUNE AVENUE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICTI
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach,
California, has submitted to the City Council, pursuant to its order,
plans, profiles, specifications and map of the Assessment District,
for the construction of certain improvements in Neptune Avenue
and other streets and rights of way in Neptune Avenue Assessment
District in said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,
CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the plans, profiles, specifications and
map of the Assessment District for Neptune Avenue Assessment
District of the City of Newport Beach, California, be and the same
are each hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 2. That the said plans, profiles, specifications
and map shall be filed in the Office of the City Engineer and copies
thereof in the Office of the City Clerk of said City.
