A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL-OF THE CITY

OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT

the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted

WHEREAS, John T. Alderson and Lucy V. Alderson, Virginia
5
M. Pope, and Oscar B. Phillips and M. Louise Phillips have execute
6
a grant of easement to the City of Newport Beach conveying a 15.00
7
foot wide surface easement for constructing, operating and main-
s
taining an open channel storm drain in portions of Lots 26, 40
9
and 41, Tract 3138, in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange
10
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 103, page 31, of
11
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, 7.50 fee
12
on both sides of the following described centerline:
131 Beginning at the southeasternmost corner of Lot 26
of the aforementioned tract, said corner being a
14 point on a curve concave to the east; thence along
said curve through a central angle of 6° 23' 0288
15 a distance of 9.52 feet to the true point of begin-
ning, a tangent point with a curve concave to the
16 northeast; thence along said curve through a
central angle 90° 00' 0088 a distance of 55.23 feet
17 to a tangent point; thence North 190 233248 West
a distance of 97.30 feet to the end of said.ease-

WHERR;AAS$ it is to the interest of the City to accept sa'

grant of easement for such purposes;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
23
the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
24
and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and at-
25
tack a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of
26
said grant of easement in the County Recorder's office.

This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
