2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING A
3 CERTAIN STREET RNOWN AS RHINE PLACE G:HICH IS
PROPOSED TO BE VACATED,CLOSED UP AND ABANDONED

5 WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
6 has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a
7 certain map entitled "Map Showing the Vacation of Rhine-Place in
8 Tract No. S15S% Drawing No. 28 -2930, dated April S, 1960, showing
9 said street known as Rhine Place in the City of Newport Beach which
to the City is considering vacating, closing up and abandoning and
11 which is more particularly described as follows:
12 Rhine Place, as per map of Tract No. 815, recorded
in Book 26, pages 43 and 44, of Miscellaneous Maps,
13 Records of Orange County, California;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said map be and is
15 hereby approved and adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and
16 directed to file the same in the proceedings for the.abandonment
17 of said street.

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No, 5216 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 11th day of April 19 60 by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson, Higbie, Stoddard,
Hart, Lorenz, Somers
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
