1 RESOLUTION NO. 5220
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A QUITCLAIM DEED

4 WHEREAS, a quitclaim deed has been executed and delivered
5 to the City of Newport Beach by Russell E. Ford and Edward Russell,
6 quitclaiming to the City certain real property in the City of
7 Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
8 Lots 1 and 28, Block 3, as shown upon a map of
Tract No. 772, recorded in Book 23, pages 5 and
9 6, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California;
10 and
11 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
12 said quitclaim deed;
13 NMI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
14 the City of Newport Beach that said quitclaim deed be accepted

and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and
attach a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of
said quitclaim deed in the County Recorder's office.

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 5220 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 11th day of April 19 60 , by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinsa% Higbie, Stoddard,
Hart, Lorenz, Somers
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
