RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIPORT BEACH ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF
GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREETS.
WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been presented to be
