RESOLUTION NO. 5277
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH.ACCEPTING.A GRANT -DEED
WHEREAS, a grant deed has been executed on June 30,
1960, and delivered to the City of Newport Beach by Merle L.
Capen and Constance Burnham Capen granting to the City certain
real property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
Lot 1, Block 6, as shown upon a map of Tract No.
772, recorded in Book 23, pages 5 and 6. Miscel»
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California;
and
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said grant deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said grant deed be accepted and
the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach
a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
grant deed in the County Recorderls office.
ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 1960.
