RESOLUTION NO. 5278
A RFSOLUT1614 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH.ACCEPTING FULL RECONVEYANCES
WHEREAS, Merle L. Capon and Constance Burnham Capon
have by deed dated June 30, 1960, conveyed to the City of Newport
Beach certain real property in the City of Newport Beach, County
of Orange; -State of California, described as2
Lot 1, Block 6, as shown upon a map of Tract No.
772, recorded in Book 23, pages 5 and 6, Miscel&
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
and such deed has been accepted by the City of Newport Beach; and
and
WHEREAS, said real property is subject to the followings
1. Deed of trust dated.October 5 1956-; in favor
of Costa Mess Savings & Loan Association with
Security Title-Insurance-Company as trustee,
and recorded October 9, 1956, in Book 3671,
Page 222, of Official Records of Orange County;
2. Deed of trust dated February 26, 1959, in favor
of L. P. James and Florence E. James with First
American Title Insurance -& Trust Company,
formerly Orange.County Title Company as trustee,
and recorded March "3, 1959, in Book x+611, Page
40, of Official Records of Orange County;
WHEREAS, full reconveyances by the aforesaid trustees
have been executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach;
and
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said full reconveyances of the interests conveyed under said
deeds of trust in said real property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Newport Beach that said full reconveyances be accepted and
the City Clerk is authorized and directed.to execute and attach
certificates of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
full.xeeonveyances in the County Recorderls office.
