2 I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF.A
31 LEASE.OF.CERTAIN.OFFICES.

5 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council o:
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain lease by and between the City
7 of Newport Beach and Helen W. Hanger whereby the City of Newport
8 Beach leases from Helen W. Hanger office No. 4 and a portion of
9 office No. 3 located upstairs in the business building commonly
10 known as 414 = 32nd Street, Newport Beach, for a period of one
11 year commencing July 1,, 1960, and ending June 30, 1961, for the
12 total sum of $1,020, payable in quarterly installments of $255
13� each; and
14 WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore considered the
15 terms and conditions of said lease and said terms and conditions
16 are reasonable and equitable;
1711 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the.Mayor and the

City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said lean
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach,
ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 1960.

of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 5280 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 11th day of July 19 . 60, by the following
vote, to wit:
