RESOLUTION NO. 5318
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A DEED
WHEREAS, there has been executed and delivered to the
City of Newport Beach a deed dated October 1, 1960, from The
Irvine Company, conveying to the City certain real property betwee;
Coast Highway and Seadrift Drive in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, known as Irvine.Terrace Par:
which is more particularly described in Exhibit "A ".and delineated
on the plat marked Exhibit "B" attached to said deed; and
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept as
deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that said deed be accepted and the City
Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach a certifica e
of acceptance and consent to the recording of said deed in the
County Recorder's office.
