RESOLUTION NO, 5362
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH LIMITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES
ON CERTAIN STREETS
0 WHEREAS, Section 3289 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code provides that when authorized signs are in place giving
notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle
between the hours of 8 -00 a, mo and 6 -00 po mo of any day for a
period of time longer than one (1) hour upon such streets or por-
tions thereof as the City Council shall designate by resolution;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to limit the parking of vehicles
as hereinafter provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that parking of vehicles
between the hours of 8-00 a. me and 6000 p, m, be limited to one
(1) hour every day, including Saturday, Sunday and holidays -, on
the south side of Park Avenue from Marine Avenue westerly approxi-
mately 75 feet to the alley.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized
and directed to cause signs to be posted on such street giving
notice of such parking restriction.
