RESOLUTION NO. 5377
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
M JPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
CONTRACT WITH JAMS M. MONTGOMERY, CONSULTING
ENGINEERS, INC., FOR DESIGN OF AN INTERCONNECTION
BETWEEN WATER MAINS -
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain contract between the City of
Newport Beach and James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineers, Inc.,
for engineering services for the design of an interconnection
between two water pipelines crossing Newport Bay serving Pressure
Zones I and II; and
WHEZREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement be
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beac:
