A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH_ AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF.A
CONTRACT. WITH JAMES M..MONTGOMERY, CONSULTING
ENGINEERS,.INC., FOR PREPARATIO14 OF A MASTER
DRAINAGE PLAN
WHEREAS, James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineers, Inc.,
has made a proposal to the City of Newport Beach to prepare a
master drainage plan in the portion of the City lying easterly of
Upper Newport Bay; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms of
said proposal and finds them to be fair and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with
James M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineers, Inc., authorizing the
engineering services as outlined in said proposal and agreeing to
pay for said services in accordance therewith.
ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting this 6th day of
March, 1961.
