2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING MASTER AGREEMENT FOR
;r 3 EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE
HIGHWAY.FUND TO .CITIES..

8 WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with the State Department o
6 Public Works, Division of Highways, for the budgeting and expendim
7 tare of funds allocated from the State highway fund to cities has
g been presented to the city council for consideration; and
9 WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agreement
10 and is familiar with the contents thereof;
11 THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City
12 of Newport Beach that said agreement be and the same is hereby
13 approved and the mayor and the city clerk are directed to sign the
14 same on behalf of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the
15 City upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.
16 ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting this 6th day of
17 March, 1961.
