A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING LOT "Bel, STATE AND
CITY BEACH PARK, CORONA DEL MAR
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Notice Inviting Bids for work
consisting of the construction of Parking Lot "B90, State and City
Beach Park, Corona del Mar, in accordance with the plans and speci-
fications heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 20th day
of April, 1961, and publicly opened and declared; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
therefor is the Griffith Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of the
Griffith Company in the amount of $7,187.72 be accepted and that
the contract for the construction work be awarded to said bidder.
BELT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City
of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
an executed copy to the succe
