OF NBWPORT BEACH AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR T1,1Z
• 3 CONSTRUCTION OF A CONCRETE SEAWALL AT LIDO
ISLE BRIDGE

5 I WHEREAS, pursuant to the Notice Inviting Bids for work
6 consisting of the construction of a concrete seawall at Lido Isle
7 Bridge, City of Newport Beach, in accordance with the plans and
8 specifications heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 4th
9 day of Play, 1961, and publicly opened and declared, and
10 W- ZREAS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
11 therefor is Croft & Neville,
12 NOW2 T"a3EREF'ORE2 BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of Croft &
13 Neville in the amount of $7,685 be accepted and that the contract
14 for the construction work be awarded to said bidder.
15 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
16 hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
17 with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City
18 of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
19 an executed copy to the successful bidder.
