RESOLUTION NO. 5411
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH DEDICATING A CERTAIN STREET AND
GIVING IT A NAME
WHEREAS, the City has acquired the southernmost tier of
lots in Tract No. 772, as per map recorded in Book 23, pages 5 and 6,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,.lying
between,61st Street and Orange Street, for the purpose of providing
a street right -of -way; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that said land consisting.of said
lots be dedicated as a street; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Newport
Beach has recommended that said street be named "Newport Shores
Drive ";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. Lots 1 and 27 in Block 1, Lots 1 and 28 in Block
2, Lots I and 28 in Block 3, Lots 1 and 28 in Block 4,
Lots 1'and 28 in Block 5, Lots 1 and'28 in Block 6, and
Lots 1 and 26 in Block 7, of Tract No. 772, as shown on a
map recorded in Book 23, pages 5 and 6, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, be and are hereby
dedicated as a public street right -of -way.
2. Said street hereinabove dedicated is named "Newport
Shores. Drive ".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to
forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of Super-
visors of Orange County in accordance with the provisions.of Sec-
tion 34092 of the Government Code.
