RESOLUTION N0, 5414
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH CHANGING THE NAME OF PEBBLE
WAY IN THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City after a
hearing on the subject has recommended the changing of the name
of Pebble Way in the City of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, after consideration of said recommendation,
it appears that it would be in the interests of the City and
convenient to the public to change the name of Pebble Way as
hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach that the name of Pebble Way in Tract
3660, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 183, pages 9,
10 and 11, of Miscellaneous 'Maps, Records of Orange County,
California, be changed to "Sandpiper'Drive ".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed
to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of
Supervisors of Orange County in accordance with the provisions
of Section 34092 of the Government Code.
