A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SERVICE
FACILITIES
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain contract between the Newport
Beach School District of Orange County, California, The Irvine
Company,_and the City of Newport Beadz.for the construction and
maintenance of a pumping station and water line leading from Big
Canyon Reservoir to serve property belonging to the School District
and other property in the vicinity of such School District owned by
The Irvine Company; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said contract and found them to be fair and equitable
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract be
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
ADOPTED this 12th day of une, 1961

regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 12th day of June 19 61 by the following
vote, to wit:
