1 RESOLUTION NO. 5450
2 A RESOLUTICN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING BUDGET AND APPROVING
• 3 MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS
4 AND HIGHNAYS CODE

6 WHEREAS, a memorandum of agreement has been presented to
7 be entered into with the State of California in accordance with a
8 project statement submitted by the City of Newport Beach for
9 expenditure of the engineering allocation to cities for the fiscal
10 year 1961 -62; and
11 [AREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement
12 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
13 THEREFORE, be it resolved bythe City Council of the City
14 of Newport Beach that said project statement be and it is hereby
15 adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the engineering
16 allocation to cities, and said agreement be and the same is hereby
17 approved and the Public Works :Director is directed to sign the same
18 on behalf of said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City
19 upon its execution by the authorized officials of the State.

regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
