2 A RESOLUTION OF TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NE14PORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
3 LEASE OF CERTAIN OFFICES

5 14MREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain lease by and between the City
7 of Newport Beach and Helen W. Hanger whereby the City of Newport
8 Beach leases from Helen W. Hanger office No. 4 and a portion of
9 office No. 3 located upstairs in the business building commonly
10 known as 414 - 32nd Street, Newport Beach, for a period of one
11 year commencing July 1, 1961, and ending June 30, 1962, for the
12 total sum of $1,020, payable in quarterly installments of $255
13 each; and
14 IMREAS, the City Council has heretofore considered the
15 terms and conditions of said lease and said terms and conditions

are reasonable and equitable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
lease on behalf of the City of
