2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NE47PORT BEACH ADOPTING A MAP SHMING PORTIONS
•. 3 OF A CERTAIN STREET MOWN AS NZ, PTURE AVENUE WHICH
4 ARE PROPOSED TO BE VACATED, CLOSED UP AND ABANDONED

5 WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
g has presented to the City Council of the City of Ne-rport Beach a
7 certain map entitled "Vacation of Neptune Ave. between 54th St. &
8 State Hw9y 10109, Drawing No. L -3119, dated 7 -5 -61, showing portions
9 of said Neptune Avenue in the City of Newport Beach which the City
10 is considering vacating, closing up and abandoning and which
11 portions are more particularly described as follows:

All that portion of an easement for street purposes, thirty
(30) feet in width, deeded to the City of Newport Beach,

November 15, 19272 and recorded in Book 96, page 228 of
Official Records of Orange County, California, lying north-
15
westerly of a line parallel with and 122.00 feet north-
westerly of the northwesterly line of 54th Street, as 54th
16
Street is shown on a asap of River Section recorded in
Book 4, page 25 of 14iscellaneous 14aps, records of said

Orange County and southeasterly of the following described
line:

Beginning at a point in the northeasterly line of

Seashore Drive, as described in Final Decree of
Condemnation entered in Superior Court-Case No.

28144, in and for said County of Orange, a certified
copy thereof being recorded in Book 603, page 333 of

Official Records, Orange County; said point being
distant southeasterly along said „northeasterly line

of Seashore Drive 450.00 feet from the intersection
of said northeasterly line with the westerly line of

the east half of Section 29, T6S, 81014 S.B.B. & M;
thence northerly, in a direct.line, to the most west -

Seashore Drive, as described in Final Decree of

Beginning at the southeasterly corner of Lot Two (2)
13 in Block One Hundred Fifty -Eight (153) of "River
Section ". as shown on a Map recorded is Book 4, page
14 25 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California; running thence along a line parallel to
15 the northeasterly line of the 60 foot Southern Pacific
Railroad right of way, South 560 28' 30 " east 71.08
16 feet to a point; thence northerly on a.curve concave
to the east and having a radius of 15 feet, a distance
17 of 40.88 feet to a point in the southerly line of the
California State Highway as described in the deed
18 recorded January 18th, 1324, in Book 508, page 65 of
Deeds, records of Orange County, California. Thence
19 along said southerly line of said California State
Highway and tangent to said curve North 800 18' 27"
20 west 71,08 feet to the point of beginning;
