111 RESOLUTION NO. 5471
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
3 CONTRACT WITH THE.CALIFORNIA STATE DEPARTMENT
OF FINANCE

511 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
611 the City of Newport Beach a certain contract with the California
7 State Department of Finance for an estimate of population of the
8 City of Newport Beach by said department; and
9 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
10 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
1111 equitable;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
13 Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
14 on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
15 ADOPTED this 11th day of September, 1961.
