RESOLUTION NO. 5473
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF A STORM DRAIN AND LIFT STATION IN
TRACT NO. 772
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Notice Inviting Bids for work
consisting of the construction of a storm drain and lift station
in Tract No. 772 in the City of Newport Beach, in accordance with
the plans and specifications heretofore adopted, bids were
received on the 7th day of September, 1961, and publicly opened
and declared; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
therefor is A. H. Famularo;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of A. H.
Famularo in the amount of $13,904.50 be accepted and that the
contract for the construction work be awarded to said bidder.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract.in accordance
with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City
of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
an executed copy to the successful bidder.
