RESOLUTION NO. 5478
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT TOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement for architectural
services between the City of Newport Beach and Blurock, Ellerbroek
and Associates in connection with the construction of a library
building in Mariners Park; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms of
the agreement and found them to be fair and reasonable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 25th day of September, , 1961.
