RESOLUTION NO. 5479
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING A CERTAIN
PUBLIC.WALRWAY EASEMENT IN TRACT NO. 3660 WHICH
IS PROPOSED TO BE VACATED, CLOSED UP AND ABANDONED
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach
has presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
a certain map entitled "10' Walkway Easement in Northwesterly
Corner Tr. 36601, Drawing No. L -3127, dated 9- X11 -61, showing as
Parcel No. 1 a certain public walkway easement in Tract No. 3660 in
the City of Newport Beach which the City is considering vacating,
closing up and abandoning and which is more particularly described
as follows:
A portion of Tract No. 3660 in the City of Newport
Beach, Orange County, California, as said Tract No.
3660 is shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 144,
pages 9 to 11 inclusive of Miscellaneous.Maps, records
of said Orange County,more particularly described as
follows:
The Southeasterly 10 feet of the Northwesterly 20 feet
of Lots 44 and 45 of said Tract No. 3660, said South-
easterly 10 feet being shown on said Tract map as
t °10' Easement for Walkway."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said map be and is
hereby approved and adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and
directed to file the same in the proceedings for the abandonment of
I said public walkway easement.
